Recipe:
- In your food processor fitted with the S blade, combine all ingredients for the nut filling.
- Blend until smooth and uniform
- Roll the mixture into balls and then flatten into patties gently using the palm of your hand.
- Place on a baking sheet and transfer to the freezer for 20 minutes
- Add the chocolate ingredients to the food processor and process until smooth
- Remove the nut butter disks from the freezer and dip into the chocolate
- Return to the freezer as needed until hardened
Ingredients:
Nut Butter Filling :
- 1/4 cup dried shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cashews or skinless almonds
- 2 tablespoons cacao butter, melted (use a warm water bath)
- 2-3 TB raw agave
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate:
- 2 tablespoons cacao butter, melted (use a warm water bath)
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 4 TB raw agave
- Touch of salt
