- 1 tbsp organic curry powder
- 1 tsp organic ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp organic ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp organic smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp organic red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 organic lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh organic cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat organic coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add organic onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft. Stir in organic garlic, organic ginger, and organic red bell pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

- Simmer the Base: Add organic tomato paste, organic diced tomatoes, organic coconut milk, and organic vegetable broth. Stir well to combine.
- Add Sweet Potatoes and Chickpeas: Stir in organic sweet potatoes and organic chickpeas. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender.
