Buying salad dressing at the store might be easy and convenient, but homemade salad dressings can be much healthier, more fresh and make your salad more enjoyable. This vinaigrette recipe - much like organic, cold-pressed Living Juices - has no added sugar, making it healthy and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 organic lemon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
Recipe:
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar (or other sealable glass container) and shake!
Refrigerate before use.
